What we collect
We collect the information you choose to send us: your name, email, and phone number when you book a Clarity Call or submit a request form, along with anything you share about your money situation. If you email us, we keep the correspondence. Our website host also records standard technical logs (like browser type and pages visited). This site does not run analytics or advertising trackers.
The services behind this site
Scheduling, forms, and email run on Zoho, and this website is hosted on Netlify. The booking calendar and request form are embedded from Zoho and may set cookies they need in order to work. These providers process your information only to provide those services to us.
How we use it
To schedule and hold your call, respond to you, provide coaching if we work together, and keep normal business records. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. If Vertex ever changed hands or wound down, your information would either be deleted or transferred under these same protections — and you would be told first.
If you become a coaching client
Before you share any detailed financial information, we will walk you through exactly how your coaching information is stored and protected. You'll never be asked to hand over data before you understand where it lives.
Your choices
Email us any time to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required for normal business and tax records.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
